转炉—连铸高碳钢的开发试验

进行了转炉－精炼炉－连铸－高速线材轧机生产高碳钢盘条的生产试验，结果表明，所生产的６５钢质量较好，连铸坯表面质量较佳，经高速线材轧机轧成的盘卷，用作钢丝生产的原料时，其拉拔性能好，消耗低，还根据试验中所暴露的问题提出建议。

Test of production of highCarbon steel by revolting furnaceLF furnacecontinuous casterhigh speed wire mill was done. Results show that quality of produced 65 steel and surface quality of continuous cast blank was better. When wire rod rolled by high speed wire mill was used for crude material of producing wire, draft function was better, productive consumption was lower. And according to question in test, improvment methods were put forward.
