新型非对称交错混合励磁同步电机电磁设计

摘    要:分析了新型非对称交错混合励磁同步电机的结构特征与工作原理。阐述电机的电磁设计理论与设计方法,包括电磁负荷与电机主要尺寸确定、定转子结构设计和励磁绕组的设计等。据此设计并制作一台2 kW、8极样机,对样机进行不同负载条件下的调磁性能测试,给出不同转速和励磁电流时空载线反电动势变化及负载输出转矩变化情况。实验结果表明:该电机结构新颖,调磁性能较好,只需相对较小的励磁电流便可实现气隙磁通的宽范围调节。

Abstract:The structure characteristics and field-control principle of a novel asymmetrically stagger hybrid excitation synchronous machine (ASHESM) were introduced. The theory and method of electromagnetic design for ASHESM were discussed. A 2 kW 8-pole prototype were manufactured to verify the design method. The experiment for the different on-load field-control capability of the ASHESM was carried out. The experimental results indicate that the flux of this type of machine can be easily adjusted in a wide range with a relatively small field current.
