| 摘 要： | 液体分布器是十分重要的塔内件，一个性能良好的填料塔除了填料本身的因素外，液体分布器同样起着重要的作用。文章总结填料塔中排管式液体分布器的工程设计，制造，安装经验，提出对传统排管式液体分布器进行合理的结构改进。结果表明，改进后的排管式液体分布器有效提高液体分布器的初始分布质量并相应提高填料塔的传质效率，具有广阔的应用前景。

| Abstract: | The liquid distributor is a kind of important column internal. Besides the packing itself, a good liquid distributor plays a great role in a well\|operated packed column as well. This paper summarized the design , manufacture and installation of ladder liquid distributor in a packed column and proposed a reasonable modification for the common ladder liquid distributor. The application showed that the modified ladder liquid distributor could efficiently improve the liquid initial distribution and the mass transfer efficiency of a packed column. It had better prospect in industry. |
