摘    要:分析宁夏大坝发电有限责任公司锅炉辅助设备DGS830型碎渣机渣辊前、后轴承严重磨损的原因.提出了将前轴承座端盖单密封与轴颈接触改为端盖双密封与轴套接触,后轴承座由原先的端盖密封与轴颈接触改为端盖密封与轴套接触,盲轴与端盖之间的动密封变成了加装防护罩与端盖的静密封的改造方案,解决了渣辊轴承频繁损坏的问题。

Abstract:Analyzes the cause of the front and rear bearing abrasion for the type of DGS830 ash crusher in Daba Power Generation Co., Ltd., puts forward the improvement schemes: changes the single seal of front bearing pedestal's end cap connected with the journal into the end cap double seal connected with the bushing, changes the end cap seal of rear bearing connected with the journal into the end cap seal connected with the bushing, as well as the dynamic seal between blind axis and end cap turns into the motionless seal between the adding installed shield and end eap, solves the problem of the bearing frequent damage.
