| 摘 要： | 为了在1515型有梭织机上制织难度较大的横条呢，分析了制织的可行性，调整了设备，对生产工艺进行了优化，给出了组织和穿经图，并对织造产生的横档疵点采取了具体的技术措施.

| Abstract: | This paper analyses the feasibility of weaving, introduces the regulation of equipment, the optimization of production technology, the weave draft and drawing draft,and takes the specific technical measures to solve the problem of cross rail in order to weave the extremely difficult cross corded fabric in 1515 loom. |
