| 摘 要： | 介绍永磁调速器的工作原理,与高压变频器做了比较,并详细介绍永磁调速器在电厂灰浆泵系统中的应用。通过永磁调速器改造的灰浆泵系统,其节电率达30.86%,振动降低60%～85%,电磁辐射远小于运行中的电机产生值。最后得出永磁调速具有简单可靠、绿色节能的结论。

| Abstract: | The paper briefs the working principle of permanent magnet adjustable speed device（PMASD）,compares it with high voltage variable frequency device（VFD）,and detailed the application of PMASD ha the power plant＇ s slurry pump system.Through the retrofit by using PMASD,the power - saving rate of slurry pump system reaches 30. 86% ,the vibration is reduced by 60% ～ 85% and the electromagnet radiation is decreased too.It is concluded that PMASD is a simple,reliable and energy - saving technology. |
