| Abstract: | Using an engineering example, the paper introduces the adoption of the tamping cement soil pile method to strengthen the recently deposited ground. The strengthend composite foundation has been proved completely satisfactory for the requirements by pile testing. Based on the result of pile testing and other engineering practices, the factors influencing the quality of pile making have been analyzed and summarized. |
