摘    要:换热器是石油化工行业的重要设备,它的腐蚀及保护对设备的长周期运行有着重要的意义;由于近年来加工原油中的硫、酸及杂质含量越来越高,对炼油换热设备的防腐蚀性能及材料的选择提出了更高的要求。文章对采用专用涂料与牺牲阳极综合保护法进行了阐述,该方法工艺方案和特点是:表面处理要彻底,合理选取保护电流密度,按设计要求确定阳极块,控制好湿度和温度,涂料施工严格按照SHY-99涂料工艺进行,确保综合防护的效果。

Abstract:Heat exchanger is the important equipment in petrochemical industries,whose corrosion protection plays an important role in ensuring the long-term operation of the equipment.As refiners are processing crude oils with increasing sulfur,TAN and impurities,a higher requirement is imposed on corrosion protection and material selection for heat exchangers for petroleum refinery services.The combination protection by coating and sacrificing anode is described in detail.In application of this protection process,the surface should be completed treated,protection electro current must be appropriately selected,the sacrificing anode should be properly designed,the humidity and temperature should be properly controlled and coating should be properly applied to ensure the effective corrosion protection.
