| 摘 要： | 鲁台经贸中心-会展中心异形金属屋面的鱼鳞状外装饰铝板呈菱形,在不同部位拼成曲面或双曲面形。板的定位和规格,按三维模型进行设计和控制;其连接则采用挂接和压合相结合的方式;最后,经模拟放样、结合现场工况,按钢龙骨、檩条、外层装饰板、铝板的顺序安装施工,达到建筑设计的要求。

| Abstract: | The scale-shape decorative aluminum sheets of special-shape metal roof of Lutai Economy-Trade ＆ Conference- Exhibition Center presented rhombic, making the curved surface and hyperboloid in different parts of the roof. The location and specification of the sheets were designed and controlled according to the three-dimensional model. The style of link between sheets was hooking and laminating. The installation was carried out in the order of keel frame, purline, exterior decorative sheet, and aluminum sheet by stimulating lofting and in-site operating conditions, and the result of construction satisfied the requirements of the architectural design. |
