转炉留渣脱磷工艺实践

摘    要:针对低硅中磷铁水采用留渣作业方式进行冶炼,通过优化冶炼过程装入、供氧、造渣、终点控制工艺,提高转炉终点控制能力及平均脱磷率,脱磷率由80.1%提高到89.9%,实现转炉深脱磷的效果。

Abstract:This article introduces phosphorus in medium to low silicon hot metal by using leave slag in smelting, charging reasonable optimizing smelting process according to actual condition, oxygen blowing, slagging and end point control technology, improve the ability of end point control of converter, and the average rate of dephosphorization, dephosphorization rate increased from 80.1% to 80.1%, the implementation of converter deep dephosphorization effect.
