摘    要:随着硫化镍矿资源的减少,红土镍矿具有埋藏浅,采矿成本低的优势,红土镍矿开发利用研究逐渐受到重视。红土镍矿成因复杂,镍、铁与镁相互晶格替代后以类质同象方式形成红土镍矿,镍钴赋存于矿物晶格中,采用常规选矿工艺不能富集金属镍。采用火法或湿法冶金工艺处理高品位红土镍矿,具有吨镍生产成本低、能耗低的优势。深入研究红土镍矿的矿石性质,合理选择低成本、低污染的处理技术工艺,是成功开发红土镍矿的关键环节。

Abstract:As a result of the excessive consumption of nickel sulphide ore and the preponderance of laterite-nickel resource, such as shallow burial depth and low exploitation cost, the investigation of laterite-nickel ore utilization is more and more significant.The laterite-nickel ore genesis is very complex, and it is often formed via each other substitution of nickel, iron and magnesium in crystal lattice.Therefore, the nickel and cobalt is existed in mineral crystal lattice and it is impossible to be concentrated by using mineral processing.The pyrometallurgical and hydrometallurgical processes for treatment of high grade laterite-nickel ore have many advantages such as low production cost and low energy consumption.Therefore, an in-depth understanding of characteristics of laterite-nickel ore will aid to select a low cost and low pollution treatment technology, and it is a key step in successful utilization of laterite-nickel ore.
