摘    要:针对MPEG-4可伸缩编解码方案FGS存在编码效率低的缺陷,出现了不少改进方案,如渐进的精细可伸缩视频编码方案和运动补偿精细可伸缩视频编码方案.对各种编码方案进行了研究和比较.

Abstract:MPEG provides scalable solution that can fit for MPEG-4 standard. The problem is that the coding efficiency of FGS is a low,so it is necessary to improve it. This paper analyzes various improvement schemes based on FGS such as Macroblock- based improved FGS and motion compensation FGS. Various coding schemes are studied and compared.
