| 摘 要： | 本文分析了钢瓶埋弧焊夹具轴承严重烧损的原因，是焊接电流通过轴承时产生的电弧所致。研制了三种导电装置，实际应用表明；轴瓦式导电装置具有结构简单、性能稳定、维修方便等优点。论述了该导电装置的工作原理、结构特点及在钢瓶焊接夹具上的应用。
