| 摘 要： | 采用水热碱溶法对硅藻土制备硅酸钠的工艺进行了探索性研究。就碱浸时间、碱用量、液固比三个因素做了正交试验,得出最佳因子组合。结果表明,碱用量和液固比对碱浸影响显著,碱浸时间在75min以上则对碱浸影响不明显。 |

| Abstract: | Technique elements of alkali leaching time,dosage of alkali and liquid-solid ratio of preparing sodium silicate by diatomite were studied by orthogonal testing,it was got the optimal factor group.The results showed that the effects of dosage of alkali and liquid-solid ratio on the alkali leaching are highly conspicuous.When time is more than 75minits influence on the alkali leaching is small. |
