涤纶高收缩短纤维的工艺研究

摘    要:涤纶高收缩短纤维的制取,主要采用低温拉伸、适当降低拉伸倍率以及不定型工艺。试验结果表明:在一定的拉伸温度条件下,随着拉伸温度的升高,沸水收缩率下降;拉伸倍数越小,沸水收缩率越大,疵点含量越高。因此,在后拉伸工艺中,要兼顾拉伸倍率、沸水收缩率及疵点含量三者关系。

THE PROCESSING TECHNOLOGY OF HIGH SHRINKAGE PET STAPLE FIBER
Abstract:High shrinkage PET staple fiber is mainly made by the adoption of low temperature drawing, suitable reduction of draw ratio and non-setting process. The results show the boiling water shrinkagedecreases with the increasing draw temperature within a certain range and the lower is the draw ra-tio, the higher are the toiling water shrinkage and content of defects, therefore the relation between draw ratio, boiling water shrinkage and content of defects must be taken into account during the post-drawing.
