冷轧带钢厚度控制及智能技术应用前景研究

摘    要:分析了冷轧带钢厚度不均产生的原因、AGC控制系统存在的问题及智能技术的构成和应用前景.将人工智能技术引入到AGC带钢厚度控制系统中可使控制系统具有智能化,提高带钢厚度的控制精度.

Abstract:This paper analyzes the reasons leading to uneven thickness of cold rolled strip steel, problems existing in AGC control system and component and application prospect of intelligent technique. The control system will be intelligent by introducing artificial intelligence technique into AGC strip steel thickness control system to increase control accuracy of strip steel thickness.
