缝隙冒口在中型铸铁件上的研究与应用

摘    要:从铸铁件的收缩量的不确定性和收缩速度的可变性出发,通过对铸铁件收缩和膨胀的动态叠加,冒口与铸铁件接触热节的分析,指出铸件表现收缩的时间.为此,冒口不必要晚于铸件凝固,冒口不应放在铸铁的几何热节上.根据均衡凝固原则,有限补缩的方法,对缝隙冒口形状和尺寸进行确定.经生产验证,稳定可靠,取得了显著的经济效果.

Abstract:It is pointed out the contraction time expressed by iron castings in this text,starting.from uncertainty of contraction and changeability of shrinkage speed,through dynamic superposition of contraction and expansion of iron castings and analysis according to contraction knobs of iron castings.Therefore,it is unnecessary that risers have to be solidified than castings.The risers should not be located at the geometric knobs of iron castings.This text has determined shapes and dimensions of gap risers according to equability solidification principle and finite makeup method.It is stable and reliable through production demonstration,obtaining remarkable economical benefits.
