超声波电动机压电振子机电耦合振动分析

摘    要:建立了超声波电动机复合定子的机电耦合有限元动力方程,利用有限元软件提供的压电单元和压电材料,通过对压电振子的激振分析实现方程的解耦,绘制了机电耦合体的导纳曲线,直观地得到了压电振子内节点自由度的分布情况,从而为压电振子的前期设计及解决机电耦合问题提供了一种有效的方法。

Abstract:A electro-mechanical coupling finite-element dynamic equa tion was established.The equation was decoupled through the exciting analysis of the piezoelectric resonator utilizing the piezoelectricity element and material provided by finite-element software.As a result, an admittance curve was obtain ed and the distribution status of the nodal dof was showed directly.An effective method was provided to solve electro-mechanical coupling problem.
