| 摘 要： | 提出了社会劳动力需求分为显性需求和隐性需求，其各自对应不同的劳动力类型。大学生培养是主动的劳动力供给过程，并据此给出了劳动力结构化供需分析框架。显性需求与供给之间的匹配、隐性需求向显性需求的转化是解决大学生就业问题的关键，从劳动力供给、劳动力需求和劳动力市场三个方面提出了解决大学生失业问题的总体思路。

| Abstract: | Society＇s labor demand includes explicit demand and implicit demand. Different labor demand requires different kind of labor. Graduate is an active supply of labor. A structured labor demand-supply model for graduate employment is presented. Labor matching of demand and supply and transformation from implicit demand to explicit demand are keys to graduate employment. A new approach is proposed to solve the graduate unemployment from three aspects of labor supply, labor demand and labor market. |
