摘    要:三峡工程蓄水运行后,泥沙沉积库区,水库清水下泄,水库初期运用期间会引起葛洲坝下游河道冲刷,造成宜昌枯水位下降,影响航道水深和船舶过坝。通过对航运和发电效益进行分析计算,表明解决这一问题的最好办法是实施枯季航运补偿流量调度方案。采用这一方案不但可增加葛洲坝电站下游的航道水深,还可增加梯级电站的发电量,其效益是十分明显的。

Abstract:After the Three Gorges Project begin to impound water and put into operation,some sediment deposit occurs in the reservoir area and the reservoir discharges much clean water. During the initial operation stage,it will cause river-channel erosion in the lower reach of the Gezhouba Project,causing the water level in Yichang to drop and affecting the water depth of navigation channel and ships passing the dam. The analysis and calculation of navigation and power generation benefits showed that the best way is to implement a scheme of discharge compensation for navigation during dry season,which not only can increase the water depth of navigation channel in the lower reach of Gezhouba Project but also can increase the power generation benefit of cascade power stations so that its benefits are very good.
