带式输送机自动张紧装置的设计

摘    要:随着煤矿带式输送机长度的增加和阻燃整芯输送带的伸长量增大,现有的张紧装置难以适应这种输送带张紧的要求。自动张紧装置的研制解决了上述问题,同时也实现了输送带张紧装置在启、制动及正常运行时的自动控制,满足了输送带启动特性以及输送带张紧力恒定的要求,提高了张紧装置的可靠性和安全性。本文通过理论计算确定了设计输送带张紧装置的几个参数。

Abstract:With the increasing of the length of belt conveyors and the using of burning-proof belts. The existing take-up cannot meet the needs of belt tension for the stretching amounts of the belt increase. The development of the automatic take-up solves the above problems, which realizes automatic control during the starting, stopping and normal running of the belt conveyor and obtains the goals of the starting characteristics and the constant tensions of the belts. It improves the reliability and safety of the take-up. In the paper, several design parameters of the automatic take-up are determined by the theoretical analysis.
