SBS改性沥青储存稳定性评价指标的研究

摘    要:我国改性沥青的储存稳定性分析目前都是采用交通部的JTG F40—2004规范,通过测试离析管上、下层沥青的软化点的差值作为SBS改性沥青储存稳定性的评价指标,该指标在一定程度上可以反映改性沥青在热储存过程中性质变化情况,但SBS改性沥青在热储存过程中的性质变化具有复杂性,仅以软化点的变化并不能全面表征其性质的变化情况。基于此,本研究提出一种新的SBS改性沥青储存稳定性评价指标,该指标是将离析管上、下部分的软化点、黏度和延度分析相结合,把离析管上、下部分的软化点差、黏度差和延度差作为SBS改性沥青储存稳定性评价指标。结果表明这种新指标评价SBS改性沥青储存稳定性比现行方法更全面、更有效。

Abstract:The JTG F40 - 2004 specification which is approved by the Ministry of Communications,was adopted to analyse the storage stability of modified asphalt in China at present The difference of softening point from the top and the bottom of storage tube is tested and considered as the evaluation index of the storage stability of Styrene - Butadiene - Styrene triblock copolymer(SBS)modified asphalt Although the index may explain the change of property of modified asphalt to some extents,complicated change will be happended in the SBS modified asphalt during the course of thermal storage.As a result,the change of property isn’t characterized by the the difference of softening point.Accordingly,a new evaluation index of storage stability of SBS modified asphalt was developed.The index combined the change of softening point,viscosity and ductility of the asphalt samples from the top and the bottom of storage tube,considered the difference of softening point and viscosity or the difference of softening point and ductility as the evaluation index of storage stability of SBS modified asphalt The results showed that the new evaluation index of storage stability of SBS modified asphalt was more comprehensive and effective than the current methods.
