摆线针轮传动动态受力分析理论

摘    要:摆线针轮传动中,传统受力分析方法基于两种矛盾的假设,而且只是计算了整个传动过程中一个特殊位置的受力状况,与实际工况不符,存在双重的计算误差。文中在变形协调原理的基础上,提出了摆线针轮传动动态受力分析理论,突破了传统方法中的两种假设的局限,在全域内找到了最大接触力和最大接触应力。

Abstract:The traditional force bearing analytical method in the cycloidal pinwheel transmission is based upon the hypotheses of two kids of contradictions and also calculates only the force bearing condition of a special position in the whole course of transmission which is not coinciding with the actual working condition and existing a double calculation error. On the basis of principle of deformation harmony, this paper put forward the dynamic force bearing analysis theory of cycloidal pinwheel transmission and broke through the limitation of two kinds of hypothesis in the traditional method and found out the maximum contacting force and maximum contacting stress within the whole region.
