微波技术用于泰山黄精多糖的提取

摘    要:为保持泰山黄精多糖的生物活性,提高得率,在水提醇沉法的基础上,采用微波技术对泰山黄精多糖进行了提取。通过正交试验确定了微波提取的最佳工艺参数,并采用蒽酮-硫酸法测定所得黄精多糖的含量。结果表明,微波提取黄精多糖的最佳工艺参数为:黄精与水的质量比为1∶25,在微波强度为80%的条件下提取70s。与其它方法比较,微波提取方法时间短,得率高,是黄精多糖提取的一种优选方法。

Abstract:The polysaccharides extraction in polygonatum sibiricum red of mount tai. by microwave technique in order to preserve activity and improve the extracting rate. The optimum parameter of the technology were determined through orthogonal test. Then this technique was used the extraction Polysaccharides in polygonatum sibiricum red of mount tai. Whose contents were assayed by the anthrone-sulfufic acid method. The results showed that the optimum technical parameters were the ratio of [S]/[L] with 1:25 and the extracting time with 70s under 80% microwave power, in contrast to other extraction methods, it showed that the extraction rate of the microwave technique was better and the extraction time was shorter. The microwave technique could be a better method for Polysaccharides Extraction in Polygonatum sibiricum Red.
