深化供电企业“两转”营销工作机制改革的思考与探讨

摘    要:介绍了陕西省电力公司"两转"营销理论的演变过程,阐述了"两转"营销机制的运营模式,分析了供电企业"两转"营销运营中存在的问题,提出了供电企业建立符合实际的"两转"营销运营机制的措施。

Abstract:The evolution process of two-surrounding marketing theory for Shaanxi Electric Power Company is introduced.The operating mode of two-surrounding marketing mechanism is expounded.The existing problems in operating of two-surrounding marketing for power supply enterprise are analyzed.Finally,some measures to build the power supply enterprise's two-surrounding marketing mechanism which conforms to reality are put forward.
