摘    要:研究 采用NaOH-nNa2SiO3激发制备碱-双渣胶凝材料的方法和技术途径,结果表明:将固体碱激发剂、矿渣、高钙粉煤灰渣三种原料按一定比例混合入磨进行粉磨制备得到的碱-双渣胶凝材料28d强度达到30-60MPa,凝结时间正常;这种胶凝材料生产成本低,性能优良,是一种环保的新型胶凝材料。

Abstract:The methods and ways of producing alkali-activated cement with double dregs by solid alkali-activating were studied. The results show that the cement can be worked out by means of powder scraping the mixture of solid alkali activity, slag and high calcium dregs with the designed ratio, which attains compressive strength of 28 days from 30MPa to 60MPa and normal setting time. The kind of cement is a new one with low product-cost, fine properties and developed-prospect.
