| 摘 要： | 介绍了冰箱铰支架的工艺特点,分析了零件在实际生产中出现的在R3 mm尖角处模具崩裂和在零件弯曲处产生拉深裂纹两大工艺难题,总结了一套解决上述技术难题的工艺措施,该工艺措施对其他厚板料金属件冲压有一定的借鉴作用。

| Abstract: | The technological characteristic of a refrigerator hinge was presented. Two problems occurred during the stamping process of the product were analyzed, one is the breaking up at the sharp comer with radius R as 3mm; the other is the drawing crack at the bending comer. The solution to the technological problems was proposed. |
