| Abstract: | Chlorine water from the treatment of chlorine and hydrogen is applied to treating waste water from the production of trimethyl phosphite.This greatly decreases COD and content of amine in waste water,which is based on the characteristic chlorine oxidation.The oxidation mechanism and process are introduced. |
