钻井液水力参数智能设计系统的研制

摘    要:以Delphi 7为平台开发了钻井液水力学智能设计系统.该系统以优化钻井液流变模式为基础,根据井身结构和钻具组合,模拟实际钻进参数,输入机械钻速和岩屑相关参数,通过图形和报表动态输出压力降、钻井液当量密度、岩屑临界输送速度等参数,用户可方便地对钻井参数进行对比和参照,并根据实际经验加以修改,以达到最优水力参数的设计.

Abstract:This paper introduces an intelligent system for designing drilling fluid hydraulics, with which drilling fluid rheology models can be automatically optimized. Cooperated with the input of the borehole structure, assembly of drilling tools, penetration rate and cuttings, the drilling fluid hydraulics parameters can be calculated and output graphically and dynamically. The output parameters can be adjusted according to the actual capacity of the mud pump, combined with the experience of the drilling engineer, optimized design of drilling fluid hydraulics is realized.
