| 摘 要： | 为了解蒸汽轮机自带冠静叶拂配隔板焊接产生的直径变形、半径变形、节圆收缩率和倾斜变形的基本规律,通过基于正交设计的模型试验对自带冠静叶隔板的焊接变形进行了研究.结果表明焊接电流和焊接顺序对焊接变形的影响程度相对较大.图5表7参6

| Abstract: | The welding deformation of the diagphram with vane having coronal is studied based on the orthogonal model test,in order to master the welding deformation basic rule in radial direction,circle direction and axis direction for the diagphram with vane having coronal.The result shows that the dominant factors having effect on the welding deformation are the welding current and welding sequence. |
