充电式智能磁粉探伤机的研制

摘    要:分析了目前便携式磁粉探伤机在使用中存在的不足,设计出一款基于电池供电、单片机控制、液晶汉字显示、脉宽调制(PWM)的可以带动旋转磁场探头和磁轭式探头的智能磁粉探伤装置。具有功率自动调整功能,同时也允许手动微调。试验验证,该装置能清晰显示A1-15/100型试片,一次充电能连续工作5h以上,能满足磁粉探伤的需要。

Abstract:The shortcoming of the present magnetic particle testing instrument was analyzed,and the rechargeable and program-controlled magnetic particle testing instrument was designed,which was on the basis of battery,micro-computer controlled,liquid crystal display with Chinese character and PWM(pulsewidth modulation) regulated.The power could be adjusted automatically during working course,and also could be regulated manually.The instrument was tested and shown that it could reveal the A1-15/100 clearly,and could work continuously for more than 5 hours once charged.The results showed that the device could meet the need of magnetic particle testing completely.
