| 摘 要： | 对目前数字视频监控传输的特点和网络技术的特点进行了分析，提出了IP组播通信方式下的监控视频网络传输方案，方案充分利用VisualC＋＋中的多线程设计思想和WinSock套接字，构建并实现了一个基于IP组播通信方式的视频传输系统。

| Abstract: | After analyzing the transferring system of the video monitoring system at present, we come up with a network transferring system on the basis of IP multicast. This system uses sufficiently the multithread design and winsock of Visual C , construct and realize the video transferring system with IP multicast mode. |
