脉冲激光测距接收电路的设计

摘    要:从脉冲激光测距的特点出发,结合APD工作条件,以及回波信号特征,设计了一种脉冲激光测距接收电路。该电路采用两级放大电路,其中前置放大电路具有自动增益控制功能,有效地解决了因测量距离的远近不同而导致回波信号幅度变化大的问题,为后续电路的信号处理提供了条件。

Abstract:A proper pulsed laser rang finding receiver circuit is designed based on the characteristics of pulsed laser range finding,the working conditions of APD,and the characteristics of the echo signal.This circuit adopts two stage amplifier circuits,in which the pre-amplifier circuit has the automatic gain control function,and therefore the problem of great varying range of echo signals caused by different measuring distance is resolved efficiently,thus facilitating the signal processing in following circuits.
