量子环中电子的激发能量和跃迁谱线频率

摘    要:在量子环中电子与体纵光学声子强耦合的情况下,通过求解能量本征方程,得出了电子的基态和第一激发态的本征能量及其波函数.数值计算结果表明:电子的激发能量和跃迁谱线频率随着电子-声子耦合强度的增大而增大,并且随着量子环内径(或外径)的增大而减小。

Abstract:On the condition of electron-LO-phonon strong coupling,the eigenenergy and eigenfunction of the ground state and the first excited state of the electron in quantum ring were obtained by solving precisely the time-independent Schr dinger equation.Numerical calculations indicate that the excitation energy and frequency of transition spectral line of electron increas with increasing the electron-LO-phonon coupling strength,and they decreas with increasing the inner(or outer) radius of the quantum ring.
