烟气脱硫系统对锅炉燃煤变化的适应性分析

我国大多数电厂锅炉实际燃烧煤质与烟气脱硫系统(FGD)设计煤种存在很大的差异,本文从FGD设计过程中燃煤含硫量的选择、燃煤热值对烟气中二氧化硫排放浓度的影响、低燃煤负荷条件下FGD的优化运行3方面探讨脱硫系统对煤质变化的适应性。

Research of FGD System Adaptability to Coal Variation

The characters of coals in most coal-fired drum boiler powers are great different from the design coal of flue gas desulphurization(FGD).The FGD system adaptability to coal variation is discussed in the three aspects of the choice of the sulphur content in the design coal,SO2 discharging content change in the flue with the coal calorific value,and economical operation of FGD under low coal-burned load.
