基地式CAN总线电动执行器设计

摘    要:在基地式CAN总线电动执行器的设计中选用AT89C51为控制核心,该系统主要由信号采集模块、电机驱动模块、CAN通信模块、电源模块及键盘显示等部分构成,实现现场的PID控制及数字通信功能。采用CAN现场总线技术作为通信平台。实验结果表明,CAN总线电动执行器控制精度高,而且操作控制方便,便于数字控制系统的集成。

Abstract:The design of field electric executer based on CAN bus is given,which uses AT89C51 as the control chip.The sys-tem is composed of signal acquisition module,motor driver module,communication module,power module and so on,and re-alizes local PID control and digital communication.And CAN bus is used as communication platform.The result shows that the system features high-precision control,easy operation control and convenient digital control systems integration.
