油管碰撞噪声治理技术研究与应用

摘    要:油管碰撞噪声是油管厂首要噪声源,危害极大,国内外尚无较好的解决办法。通过分析油管在管桥上的滚动特性,弄清管桥架坡度设置的科学依据,找出油管碰撞噪声的根源和规律。以此为理论基础,研制油管防撞装置,对油管在管桥架上的滚动进行强制约束,避免油管之间发生碰撞,同时实现油管强制排列到位,成功解决油管碰撞噪声问题。

Abstract:The tubing collision noise is the primary noise source in the tubing plant, which does great harm to people. There is no better solution at home and abroad. By analyzing the pipe rolling characteristics of the tubing on the pipe bridge, this paper finds the scientific evidence of the pipe bridge slope design, identify the origin and law of tubing collision noise. Based on this theory as guidance, the tubing collision protection device has been developed, which designs the forcible constraint of tubing rolling on the pipe bridge , avoiding the collision of tubing with each other, while positioning of tubing forcible arrangement has been realized. The tubing collision noise has been successful solved.
