摘    要:磁流变弹性体是一种新型的功能材料,由高分子橡胶基体掺杂微米级的铁磁性颗粒固化而成,其剪切模量可由外加磁场控制.利用磁流变弹性体开发的隔振器具有无需密封、性能稳定、响应迅速等特点,在小振幅隔振系统中极具应用前景.探讨了隔振缓冲器设计中的相关问题,研究了基于磁流变弹性体的隔振器的磁路计算方法,利用ANSYS软件对其磁路结构进行了分析验证.仿真结果的分析有助于进一步优化磁路结构,使磁场效能得到最大的发挥.

Abstract:Magnetorheological elastomer(MRE) is a new kind of magnetorheological material,it is mainly composed of polymer rubber and micron-sized magnetizable iron particles.The isolator based on MR elastomer has the features of no sealing equipments,good stability and rapid response etc,so it has wide potential applications in the small amplitude vibration systems.Here,an isolator's magnetic circuit design was studied and analyzed with ANSYS.The analysis could be utilized as a reference for designing and predicting ...
