基于动力总成三点悬置的改进TPA方法应用研究

摘    要:针对传统TPA方法存在的测试时间长、传递函数估计精度低等问题,在对传统TPA方法分析的基础上,提出一种基于新型传递函数估计的改进TPA方法,采用改进TPA方法对动力总成三点悬置进行了实车分析和仿真试验。新型传递函数估计方法消除了实测信号中随机噪声影响,提高了估计精度;改进TPA方法省略了车身阻抗测量环节,缩短了测试时间;仿真试验结果证明了改进TPA方法应用于动力总成三点悬置的可行性。

Abstract:Aiming at the problem of testing time consuming and low accuracy of transfer function estimation in the traditional TPA method, an improved TPA method is presented based on a new transfer function estimation method. Adopting the improved TPA method, the three-point suspension of powertrain was analyzed and a contrast simulation experiment was made. Since the new transfer function estimation method can eliminate the influence of the random noise, the estimation accuracy is enhanced. The improved TPA method elides the car body impendence testing and reduces the testing time. The simulation results show that the improved TPA method is viable.
