摘    要:基于YGG型钢丝绳隔振器,建立单自由度隔振系统的力学模型,并推导系统的能量方程,获得隔振系统受到冲击荷载后各种能量的传递、消耗和分配情况,从能量的角度揭示单自由度隔振系统消极隔振的耗能本质。通过对计算结果的分析,研究YGG型钢丝绳隔振器在冲击振动过程中,输入总能量、隔振器的初始预压缩量、配重与轴向力大小等因素对各种能量分配和钢丝绳隔振器耗能特性的影响规律,并求得YGG-8 kN型钢丝绳隔振器的轴向和侧向耗能能力。

Abstract:In this paper, the model of YGG type steel wire rope shock-isolation system with single degree of freedom is introduced, and the energy response equations are derived. By solving the equations, the transfer, dissipation and distribution of the energy are obtained when the system is excited by shock loads. The principle of passive shock isolation of YGG type steel wire rope shock-isolation system is revealed from the viewpoint of energy. Based on the analysis of the results, the influence of input total energy, pre-compression, weight quota and axial force on the energy distribution and the energy dissipation characteristics of the steel wire rope shock-isolators is discussed. The axial and lateral energy-dissipation abilities of YGG-8kN steel wire rope shock-isolator are obtained. This work provides a reference for theoretical study on the entire shock isolation, efficiency evaluation, technique and design study in explosion and shock environment.
