裙板式冷床上钢装置的改进

针对河北敬业集团公司第一棒材生产线裙板式冷床上钢装置存在裙板导板系统经常乱钢,裙板斜面、大侧面及销孔磨损严重,裙板长轴系统振动大的问题,通过降低加速辊辊面标高,使裙板向下的运动行程增加40mm,解决了因钢筋跳到槽外造成乱钢的问题;在裙板斜面和大侧面、导板斜面、单齿矫直板上开槽加装耐磨合金条,提高了其使用寿命;将裙板油缸的支座移位至离辊道梁下支架最近的位置后,减少了裙板长轴系统的振动。因此,减少了裙板系统的检修时间,提高了作业率。

Improvement on Loading Device of Skirt-plated Cooling Bed

There were some problems of loading device of skirt-plated cooling bed used in the No.1 bar rolling line of Hebei Jingye Group.Some countermeasures were put forward.The piece disorder problem could be resolved by reducing the level of accelerated roll and adding the downward running length of skirt-plate to 40mm.
