CSP热连轧烟气抑制系统的改进

摘    要:针对河北钢铁集团邯郸分公司CSP热连轧厂烟气抑制系统除烟效果差、除烟不彻底、厂房环境差、带钢表面麻点缺陷多等问题,通过选用实心圆锥喷嘴以取代原有的扇形喷嘴、在水路中增设Y型过滤器以避免由管道内杂质造成的喷嘴堵塞问题、改进集管的布置方式和喷射角度,并新增二次烟气抑制系统后,有效地抑制了轧制过程中产生的烟气,减少了带钢表面的麻点缺陷。

Abstract:For the problems of flue gas suppression systems in addition to poor smoke,smoke removal is not complete,plant environment is poor,strip surface pitting deficit and other issues,which was used in CSP line of Handan Iron & Steel Co.,Ltd.,the causes were analyzed,and the rolling flue gas generated in the process was effectively inhibited,and the strip surface pitting defects was reduced through the use of solid cone nozzle to replace the original fan-shaped nozzle,the addition Y-filter to avoid impurities fro...
