微碳特深冲冷轧钢板生产实践

摘    要:通过制定合理的冶炼、热轧、冷轧和退火工艺制度,攀钢开发了具有较低屈服强度ReL、较高伸长率A80和较高r值的微碳特深冲冷轧钢板。大批量工业生产实践表明,该产品质量稳定,满足复杂零件对钢板深冲性能的要求。

Abstract:The micro-carbon ultra deep-drawing cold rolled sheet with low ReL,high A80 and r was developed by reasonable smelt,hot rolling,cold rolling and annealing process in Pangang.The industrial production practice show that the product quality is stable and can meet the deep-drawing property needed of complex parts.
