| 摘 要： | 以汽车内饰面板为例,利用三维模具设计软件UG NX中的MoldWizard模块为平台,设计了设置斜顶机构热流道注塑模具,阐述了塑件的结构特点、分型面、模具型腔型芯、浇注系统、冷却系统及排气系统的设计技巧。整个设计过程实现了无纸化,大大缩短了模具设计和加工周期,降低了模具设计成本。

| Abstract: | Focusing on the automotive concealing panels, hot runner injection mould wltn lifter mechanism was designed on three-dimensional mould design MoldWizard module in software UG NX. Design skills of structure characteristics of the part, parting surfaces, mould cavities and cores, injection system, cooling system and exhaust system was explicated in detail. With the paperless design process, the mould design and process cycle was greatly shortened and thus reducing the cost of mould design. |
