下防护套双分型面多型腔注射模设计

摘    要:对两种下防护套的注射成型工艺方案进行了比较,并阐述了相应模具的工作过程。同时对实践中的工艺效果和经济效果作了说明,对下防护套及其类似的制品采用两次分型多型腔成型的可行性作了介绍。

Design of Injection Mold with Multi-Cavity and Multi-Parting Surface for the Protective Cover
Abstract:Injection molding projects of two kinds of protective cover were compared, and described the working principle of the corresponding mold. but also in the process of practice effects and economic effects were described, at the same time also showed feasibility that the protection cover and similar products using two parting surface and multi-cavity.
