硫化氢/硫磺混合制酸工业实践

摘    要:介绍焦炉气硫化氢制酸装置的改造。由于原料气流量降低,装置无法正常运行,故增补硫磺作辅助原料,改硫化氢制酸为硫化氢/硫磺混合制酸。改造后,硫磺加入量为420kg/h,装置达到设计生产能力,在仍采用一转一吸工艺的情况下,维持进转化器二氧化硫浓度不变[φ(SO2)6%左右],二氧化硫转化率从原先的97%提高到98.0%~98.5%。分析运行过程中出现的问题,提出相应建议。

Abstract:A sulphuric acid plant based on hydrogen sulphide-containing coke oven gas was transformed to operate with both hydrogen sulphide and sulphur because of too low flow of coke oven gas that leaded to an abnormal operation. The design capacity was attained at a sulphur flow of 420 kg/h and sulphur dioxide conversion was increased from 97% to 98. 0% -98. 5% with an unchanged inlet SO2 concentration of 6 vol% in original single-absorption process. Some problems encountered in operation are analyzed and corresponding measures are proposed.
