内插法固井工具失效典型案例及预防措施

摘    要:内插法固井技术是针对大尺寸套管或表层套管固井特殊性而采用的技术,由于其省时、替量少的特点在某盐穴储气库?339.7 mm大尺寸套管固井现场大量推广应用。随着施工作业的增多,内插法固井配套工具经常发生失效,事故原因各异,但后果严重,影响到下一步钻井工序。分析了盐穴储气库?339.7 mm套管内插法固井施工配套工具失效案例,结合工具结构与工作原理分析了事故原因,提出了相应的预防措施,对同类固井现场施工具有一定的参考价值。

Failure typical cases of interpolation cementing tools and preventive measures

Abstract:Interpolation cementing technique is specifically used for large-size casing or surface casing. This technique can save time and have a little displacement, so it is extensively used in cementing ?339.7 mm casing in a salt cavern gas storage. With the increase of operation activities, the auxiliary tools for interpolation cementing job often fail due to various reasons, but the subsequence is very severe, affecting the next drilling procedure. Examples were taken to analyze the cases of failure of auxiliary tools for cementing ?339.7 mm casing in a salt-cavern gas storage using interpolation cementing technique, and the causes for the failure were analyzed in terms of tool structure and working principles. Also, the relevant preventive measures were presented, all of which were of some reference value to field cementing jobs.
