摘    要:超短脉冲激光烧蚀靶材产生的冲量耦合效应在激光烧蚀微推力器、激光清除空间碎片等航天应用中有广泛的应用前景,而高精度的冲量测量方法是研究冲量耦合效应的必须手段。采用基于激光干涉法的扭摆系统测量激光烧蚀靶材产生的冲量,并构建测量系统。研究扭摆系统纵轴振动和初始误差角对冲量测量产生的影响,扭摆系统纵轴高频振动导致了激光干涉条纹间距出现不均匀现象;此外,扭摆初始误差角越大,明条纹出现时间将前移,条纹数目变大,导致测量系统精度不高。通过建立的附加高频振动和初始误差角的误差分析模型,提出了基于最小二乘法的实验数据分析方法,该方法能够有效滤除高频测量噪声,解决了冲量测量精度不高的问题,进一步完善了冲量测量方法。

Abstract:Impulse coupling effect of short pulsed laser ablation the target has great application in the fields of laser ablation micro-thruster and laser orbital debris removal. High precision impulse measurement is the necessary method in studying the impulse coupling effect. The torsion pendulum with laser interferometer method was put forward and the measurement system was constructed. In light of the problems of vertical axis vibration and existing error angle in the initial state of torsion pendulum, the high frequency vibration will lead to the non uniform spacing in laser interference fringes, besides, the initial angle will lead to the bright stripe advancing, these two factors will lead to the low measuring accuracy. An impulse experimental data analysis method was put forward based on ordinary least squares techniques, which can remove the high frequency noise effectively. The method can solve the problem of low measuring accuracy and improve the micro impulse method.
