摘    要:MBD产品信息轻量化要求满足在保留产品语义信息的前提下实现几何信息轻量化.传统的产品信息轻量化方法实现CAD模型简化的同时无法保留产品的非几何语义信息,难以满足M BD产品信息轻量化要求.本文以STEP AP242为研究对象,提出了一种基于改进烟花算法的MBD产品信息轻量化方法.首先针对STEP AP242构建统一的产品语义模型,实现了非几何信息与几何信息的统一表达,并进行关键特征语义的简化分配;然后在构建的产品语义模型基础上引入了改进的烟花算法对几何信息进行轻量化,通过对爆炸半径的优化和动态更新种群进化维数,对简化模型的关键特征精度可控,提高了简化后模型的质量,降低了算法的时间开销;最后实例分析验证有效性和可行性.

Abstract:MBD product information lightweight requires to meet the premise of preserving product semantic information to achieve geometric information lightweight.The traditional product information lightweight method can not reserve the non-geometric semantic information,so it is difficult to meet the requirement of lightweight product information of MBD.In this paper,a lightweight method for MBD product information based on improved fireworks algorithm is put forward.At first the unified product semantic model is constructed and realizes the simplification and distribution of the key feature semantics.Then,the explosion radius in the fireworks algorithm is improved,and the evolutionary dimension of the dynamically updated population is increased.Finally,the experiments shows the effectiveness and feasibility.
