射孔深度误差的原因分析及解决方法

摘    要:如何提高射孔深度的精度一直是射孔质量控制的难题。在测井与射孔作业过程中可能产生导致射孔深度误差的多种因素,这些因素所造成的误差不断累积,直接影响射孔的质量。文章分析了测井及射孔作业中影响射孔深度的因素,指出在从完井电测到固井质量测井及射孔作业各环节中仪器、电缆、环境、射孔资料校正、管柱丈量、测井速度等所产生射孔深度误差的原因,提出了在实际操作中尽量减小深度误差的具体方法及措施,以此提高射孔质量,为油田的油气层开发提供可靠准确的资料。

Abstract:Perforation quality is continuously puzzled by the accuracy of perforation depth. There are many factors causing the errors of perforation depth,mainly arise from the process of well logging and perforation practice,and the accumulation of errors will influence the accuracy of perforation depth directly. Aiming at these factors,the paper analyzes direct causes causing perforation depth errors,and gives concrete measures and suggestions to reduce the errors.
